In a bowl mix the flour,yeast and salt. Add eggs,milk and mix.
Gradually add sugar in the composition and mix.
Cut the butter into pieces and knead until the butter is incorporated in the composition.
Cover the dough with a plastic foil and leave it at room temperature for 25 minutes.
Spread the dough on a tray and leave it in the refrigerator for 7-8 hours.
Remove the dough from the fridge and divide it into 8 equal pieces and shape them as buns.
Put the buns on a tray, add sesame seeds. Put the tray in the oven for 20 minutes.
