Syrup ingredients:
Mix with a whisk in a water bath( bain-marie ) until is thick (aprox 20 minutes): 300 g sugar and 3 eggs
(Optional) In a pot add 125 ml water ,75 g granulated sugar and 1 sachet of vanilla sugar. Boil all ingredients until sugar is melted.
The cream is then spread on 4 Boromir sponge cake layers, by overlapping. Optional the sponge cake layers can be sprinkled with sugar syrup before each application of cream.
