Tiramisu with Boromir ladyfingers
Ingredients for 8 portions 4
- 200g Boromir ladyfingers
- 300g sweet cheese - mascarpone
- 3 egg yolks
- 100g sugar
- 150g whipped cream
- 2 cups of coffee
- cocoa for dusting
Mix with the mixer the egg yolks and the sugar. Add the mascarpone cheese and the whipped cream and mix gently until homogenize.
Soak the ladyfingers in the coffee. Put a layer of soaked ladyfingers on a plate and a layer of cream.Continue with the whole quantity of ladyfingers and cream. Sprinkle with cocoa in the end.
Cooking with Boromir!
Do not forget to keep the tiramisu in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours before you cut it.
